韩明向基于"升降相因"理论运用升降散治疗哮喘经验
Han Mingxiang's Experience in Treating Asthma with Shengjiang Powder Based on the Theory of Ascending and Descending

Abstract
This study summarizes Professor Han Mingxiang's clinical experience in treating asthma with Shengjiang Powder based on the theory of"ascending and descending theory".The core pathogenesis of asthma is identified as Qi counterflow and dysfunction in ascending-descending regulation.The composition of Shengjiang Powder aligns with the theory of"ascending and descending theory",allowing for syndrome-based modifications in asthma treatment.Acute phase:Combining Shengjiang powder with Mahuang Xingren Gancao Shigao decoction to open blockage,promote diffusion and descent,and rapidly suppress Qi counterflow.Remission phase:Combining Shengjiang Powder with Liujunzi Decoction to regulate pivotal Qi mechanisms,resolve phlegm,and harmonize Sanjiao.Clinical control phase:Modifying Shengjiang Powder with Yupingfeng powder and Jingui Shenqi pill to consolidate the root,foster primordial Qi,and restore foundational stability.Professor Han emphasizes synergistic regulation of Zang-Fu organs'Qi movement and innovatively applies classical formulas to asthma treatment,providing new perspectives for traditional Chinese medicine based prevention and management of respiratory diseases.关键词
