基于"乙癸同源"论治围绝经期干眼
Treating Perimenopausal Dry Eye Based on the Theory of"Yigui Homology"
摘要
Abstract
Perimenopausal dry eye is a common complication occurring in women after entering perimenopause.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)posits that perimenopausal women gradually develop deficiency of the Chong and Ren meridians, imbalance of Yin and Yang, and reduced Qi and blood in the five Zang and six Fu,particularly deficiency of liver and kidney. This prevents essence,Qi,blood, and body fluids from nourishing the eyes, leading to symptoms such as eye dryness, foreign body sensation, redness, pain, visual fatigue, blurred vision, and even difficulty keeping the eyes open.TCM holds that"kidney is the congenital foundation"and"liver is the congenital basis for women",thus liver and kidney play crucial roles in the perimenopausal population.According to the theory of"Yigui homology",liver and kidney share a common source physiologically and affect each other pathologically. Therefore, this article, based on the"Yigui homology"theory, discusses the TCM treatment of perimenopausal dry eye through pattern differentiation, focusing on nourishing water to moisten wood(nourishing kidney to supplement liver),nourishing Yin and blood, and soothing liver to relieve depression. The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation and new diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for clinical practice.关键词
