中西医结合治疗匍行性脉络膜炎1例
Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Serpiginous Choroiditis:A Case Report

Abstract
Serpiginous choroiditis(SC)is a rare idiopathic inflammatory eye disease characterized by a protracted and refractory course,posing significant therapeutic challenges.This article reports a case of serpiginous choroiditis treated with integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and Western Medicine.The patient was a middle-aged woman with sequential bilateral ocular involvement.After diagnosis,Western Medicine treatment was promptly initiated with methylprednisolone combined with ciclosporin.TCM treatment included oral administration of a modified Siwu Wuzi Pill,external therapy focusing mainly on periocular acupoints such as Jingming(BL1),Cuanzhu(BL2),and Tongziliao(GB1),supplemented by distal acupoints such as Ganshu(BL18)and Shenshu(BL23),combined with abdominal spreading moxibustion,suspended moxibustion,head and face therapeutic massage,and auricular point seed-pressing therapy.After treatment,the patient's visual acuity improved significantly,retinal morphology and structure were restored,vascular inflammatory leakage was reduced,and systemic accompanying symptoms were markedly relieved.The patient remained stable during three months of outpatient follow-up after discharge.The therapeutic model combining Western anti-inflammatory treatment with TCM holistic regulation provides a new approach for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of serpiginous choroiditis.关键词
