黄瓜织球壳菌引起的角膜炎1例
Keratitis Caused by Plectosphaerella cucumerina:A Case Report
摘要
Abstract
Fungal keratitis is a significant ocular disease that severely impairs patients'vision and can even lead to blindness.It is primarily caused by trauma,and its incidence has been increasing year by year with the use of antibiotics,glucocorticoids,and contact lenses.Timely identification of the fungal genus causing the infection and effective treatment are crucial for preserving patients'vision.When antifungal medicines exhibit poor penetration and the therapeutic outcome is unsatisfactory,surgical treatment should be combined in a timely manner.This article presents a case of fungal keratitis caused by Plectosphaerella cucumerina infection.Because the growth of the fungus was localized and the patient sought medical attention promptly,the treatment with medicines achieved a good outcome.关键词
