摘要
Abstract
Objective Tinnitus and anxiety are clinically associated, but their genetic correlation remains unclear. This study aims to explore genetic associations between tinnitus and anxiety and identify shared genetic architecture. Methods A series of genetic analyses were conducted using data from two large genome-wide association studies(GWAS).Linkage disequilibrium score regression was used to calculate genetic correlations, while multi-trait analysis of GWAS and cross-phenotype association analysis were employed to identify cross-trait shared genetic variants.Gene annotation was performed using multi-marker analysis of GenoMic Annotation and Annotation of genetic Variants(ANNOVAR).Results A positive genetic correlation between tinnitus and anxiety was identified, with 14 shared genetic variants(including 10 causal variants)and 6 prioritized shared genes. Conclusions A positive genetic correlation exists between tinnitus and anxiety, and both conditions share certain genetic variants and loci.关键词
