老年听力障碍患者抑郁情绪调查及危险因素分析
Depressive mood and risk factors in elderly patients with hearing impairment

Abstract
Objective To understand depressive mood in elderly patients with hearing impairment and its risk factors.Methods A total of 243 elderly patients with hearing impairment who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from April 2023 to April 2025 were enrolled by random sampling,including 125 males and 118 females,aged 60~74 years(mean age=66.90±2.62 years).The patients were grouped according to their geriatric depression scale scores.Logistic regression was used to screen for independent risk factors for depressive mood.A visual nomogram model was constructed based on the identified risk factors,and receiver operating characteristic curves were plotted to evaluate the predictive accuracy of the variables.Results Among the 243 patients,86(35.4%)showed depressive mood.Logistic regression identified female gender,living alone,severe hearing impairment,poor sleep quality and impaired activities of daily living as independent risk factors for depressive mood(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic curves indicated that these factors,individually and combined,had significant value in evaluating the risk of depression in patients with hearing impairment(P<0.05).The area under the curve of the nomogram combined prediction model was 0.772(95%CI:0.701~0.844),with a sensitivity of 0.496 and a specificity of 0.941.The calibration curve showed a high consistency between the observed and predicted values,suggesting good fitting performance of the model.The decision curve verified that the model could yield clinical net benefit when the prediction risk threshold was greater than 0.07.Conclusions The incidence of depressive mood is relatively high in elderly patients with hearing impairment.Female gender,living alone,severe hearing impairment,poor sleep quality and impaired activities of daily living are independent risk factors.关键词
