Nanocarriers for local inner ear drug administration
摘要
Abstract
Precise control of intratympanic and cochlear drug administration to minimize inner ear trauma represents the future of research and development of inner ear pharmacologic therapy.The nanocarrier system has opened up a new way for precision treatment of inner ear diseases due to advantages including continuous drug release,targeted delivery and minimal invasiveness.This article reviews the routes of local inner ear therapeutic drug administration,various nanoparticle delivery systems and their safety,advantages and limitations,systematically summarizing the characteristics of nanocarriers design and their potential clinical applications,to provide an information basis for clinical adoption of therapeutic inner ear drug delivery.关键词
