维生素D联合低分子量肝素钠皮下注射治疗复发性流产的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of subcutaneous injection of vitamin D combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage(RSA).Method:By using the random number table method,76 RSA patients admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January 2024 to March 2025 were divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional folic acid+progesterone treatment.The control group was additionally subcutaneously injected with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium,while the observation group was combined with oral vitamin D.The treatment period lasted until 12 weeks of pregnancy.The main pregnancy outcomes,prethrombotic state(PTS)markers,levels of immune cytokines and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the pregnancy success rate and live birth rate of the observation group were higher,and the pregnancy failure rate was lower.After treatment,the activities of PC and AT-Ⅲ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Compared with the control group,the levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and the ratio of helper cell subsets(Th1/Th2)in the observation group were lower after treatment,and the level of interleukin-4(IL-4)was higher.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For RSA patients,vitamin D adjuvant therapy can significantly improve clinical pregnancy outcomes,reduce the miscarriage rate,maintain the normal progress of pregnancy,and help correct the pre-thrombotic state and regulate the Th1/Th2 immune balance.It is a safe and effective adjuvant treatment option.关键词
