加味四逆散对肝胃不和型功能性消化不良患者胃肠结构及胃肠动力的影响
Effects of Modified Sini Powder on Gastrointestinal Structure and Motility in Patients with Functional Dyspepsia of Liver-Stomach Disharmony Pattern

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Sini Powder in treating patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)of liver-stomach disharmony pattern,and to analyze its effects on gastrointestinal structure and motility.Methods Patients with FD of liver-stomach disharmony pattern admitted to Puren Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random sampling method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral mosapride citrate tablets,while the observation group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets and modified Sini Powder.The treatment duration for both groups was 4 weeks.The changes in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)primary and secondary symptoms,total symptom scores,gastrointestinal structural indicators[gastrin(GAS),motilin(MLT),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),and cholecystokinin receptor(CCKA)],Nepean Dyspepsia Index(NDI),and gastric motility index[30-minute gastric emptying rate,60-minute gastric emptying rate,and gastric antral contraction amplitude].Clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,scores of TCM primary and secondary symptoms,total symptom,and the NDI were significantly decreased in both groups.Moreover,the reductions in these scores were significantly greater in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);In terms of gastrointestinal structural indicators,the GAS,MLT,CCKA were significantly increased,while VIP was significantly decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing significant improvement compared to the control group(P<0.05);Regarding the gastric motility index,30-minute gastric emptying rate,60-minute gastric emptying rate,and gastric antral contraction amplitude were significantly increased in both groups.Moreover,the values of these indices were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.67%(58/60)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than the 78.33%(47/60)in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the control group was 11.67%(7/60),while no significant adverse reactions were observed in the observation group.There was a statistically significant difference in adverse reaction rates between the groups(P<0.05).The six-month follow-up showed recurrence rates of 20%(12/60)and 5%(3/60)in the control and observation groups,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Sini Power can significantly improve clinical symptoms,gastrointestinal structure,and motility indices in patients with FD of liver-stomach disharmony pattern,demonstrating considerable clinical efficacy and sustained therapeutic effect.关键词
