新育种方法在新陆中61号选育中的应用
Application of New Breeding Method in Xinluzhong 61
摘要
Abstract
A multi-trait simultaneous screening breeding method was created to improve the selection efficiency of superior trait genes during breeding cotton and it was validated by SSR molecular maker and SNP chip detection technology.The Xinluzhong 61 selected by this method contains 8 excellent sites for the number of bells per plant,11 excellent sites for the weight of bells per plant,33 excellent sites for garment separation,21 excellent sites for the average length of the upper half of the fiber,13 excellent sites for the specific strength at break,and 3 ex-cellent sites for salt tolerance.Xinluzhong 61 aggregate 83.2%of all the excellent loci between the parents.关键词
