西藏褐扁颅蝠和毛翼蝠分布新发现
New distribution records of Tylonycteris tonkinensis and Harpiocephalus harpia in Xizang

Abstract
In July 2024 and July 2025,bat surveys were conducted by our research team in Chayu County and Medog County in Nyingchi City,Xizang Autonomous Region,China.During these surveys,3 specimens were found to differ from all previously documented bat species in Xizang.One individual collected from Medog County(GZHU25555)was relatively small in size,with a slender and flattened skull,a broad and short rostrum,nearly triangular pinnae with rounded margins,a dark brown,well-developed circular pad at the base of the thumb and hindfoot,and disc-like exposed soles,characters consistent with Tylonycteris tonkinensis.The other two specimens(GZHU24172 and GZHU24208)were larger in body size and characterized by protruding tubular nostrils,oval pinnae,a long lanceolate tragus with a basal notch,yellowish-brown dorsal fur bases with dark chestnut tips,light blackish-brown wing membranes,dorsal surface of the foot and uropatagium densely covered with velvety fur,matching the diagnostic features of Harpiocephalus harpia.Phylogenetic tree analysis based on mitochondrial COⅠ(cytochrome C oxidase subunit Ⅰ)gene sequences corroborate these morphological identifications.In conclusion,this study for the first time reports the distribution of these two bats in Xizang.关键词
