新质生产力赋能农业生产性服务业发展的机制
Mechanisms of New Quality Productive Forces Empowering the Development of Agricultural Producer Services

Abstract
Agricultural producer services are a key link in connecting small-scale farmers with modern agriculture,advancing rural revital-ization,and realizing agricultural modernization.New-quality productivity provides innovative momentum for agricultural producer services and serves as an important driving force for their upgrading and development.Based on China's provincial panel data from 2013 to 2023,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of new-quality productivity from three dimensions:new-quality laborers,new-quality means of labor,and new-quality objects of labor.The entropy method is employed to measure the level of new-quality productivity,and an econometric model is established to examine its impact and mechanisms on agricultural producer services.The empirical results show that new-quality productive forces significantly promote the development of agricultural producer services.Technological innovation and industrial struc-ture upgrading are two important channels through which new-quality productivity exerts its effects.Moreover,the impact of new-quality pro-ductivity on agricultural producer services is heterogeneous across regions with different economic development levels and across different di-mensions of new-quality productivity.关键词
