摘要
Abstract
The Tongzhou section of the Chaobai River faced prominent weaknesses in flood control safety, including a low dike compliance rate, insufficient flood discharge capacity, and adverse riverbed topography that impeded flood conveyance. In this study, the two-dimensional hydrodynamic model HEC-RAS was adopted for flood simulation and calculation.Combined with the current river channel conditions and planning requirements,a flood control safety evaluation was conducted, and specific governance measures were proposed. The results showed that after implementing measures such as raising and thickening dikes, optimizing river configuration, and applying graded protection, the right dike in the Urban Subcenter section met the 100-year return period flood control standard, while the other sections met the 50-year return period standard. The dike compliance rate of the Tongzhou section was increased to 100%,and the river channel discharge capacity met the designed flood peak discharge requirement of 3000-3660 m3/s.These findings provide valuable technical references and practical engineering experience for improving the flood control safety of river channels.关键词
