薰衣草种植年限对精油品质、土壤理化性质及土壤酶活性的影响
Effects of planting years of lavender on essential oil quality,soil physicochemical properties,and soil enzyme activities

Abstract
The cultivation and production of lavender is impeded by a lack of systematic research on the influence of planting years on the yield and quality as well as the mutual feedback relationship between lavender and soil.In this study,the main cultivated variety of lavender,French Blue,was selected as the research object.Fresh lavender clusters and soil samples of different growth years(planted 1-2,3-5,and>5 years)were collected during the full flowering period to explore the differences in essential oil yield and quality due to different planting years.The key factors influencing the differences in essential oil yield and quality were identified in tandem with the changes in soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities.Results show the following:1)Lavender essential oil has the highest yield and best quality after 3-5 years of cultivation;oil yield reaches 0.85%,the linalool content reaches 38.36%,and the lavender acetate content reaches 5.46%.2)The quality of lavender essential oil is strongly correlated with the carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus contents in soil,with high nutrient content having a positive impact on the quality of essential oil.3)Lavender grown for 3-5 years exhibits significantly enhanced soil enzyme activity;conversely,lavender grown for>5 years exhibits inhibited soil enzyme activity.4)The yield of essential oil is strongly correlated with soil enzyme activity,whereas the quality of essential oil is strongly correlated with soil nutrient indicators.关键词
