试论乳腺癌前乳腺增生态靶辨治策略
Discussion on state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation strategy for breast hyperplasia before breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Mammary gland hyperplasia is closely related to the onset of breast cancer,with some lesions carrying a risk of malignant transformation.Early intervention for BI-RADS 3-4 and above lesions is crucial for shifting the focus of breast cancer prevention and treatment forward,aligning with the TCM concept of"treating disease before its onset".Based on state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation,this paper categorizes the disease into pathogenic qi,pathogenic blood and pathogenic collateral stages,and systematically elaborates the pathogenesis,and target prescriptions and herbs of five states(stagnation,depression,stasis,deficiency,collateral blockage),while assessing the state and monitoring the condition to adjust state and targeted therapy,providing a reference for diagnosis and therapy.关键词
