基于"甘守津还"理论辨治儿童慢性咳嗽
Treatment based on syndrome differentiation of chronic cough in children based on the theory of gan shou jin huan
摘要
Abstract
Chronic cough in children falls under the categories of"chronic cough"and"intractable cough"in traditional Chinese medicine.The pathogenesis can be classified as lung and spleen yin deficiency,fluid depletion,lung loss of moistening,and close correlation with spleen and stomach dysfunction.Based on this,the method of"gan shou jin huan"can be adopted for treatment,which involves using sweet-flavored herbs to tonify middle jiao(the spleen and stomach)and protect the body fluids.In this paper,the theory of"gan shou jin huan"is combined with the characteristics of children's"delicate viscera"and"pure yang"which are easy to cause abnormal body fluid metabolism,and its application value in the treatment of children's chronic cough is systematically expounded.This paper discusses from three aspects of theoretical connotation,pathological mechanism compatibility,and specific treatment methods.And it proposes three treatment methods,namely generating fluid with sweet-cold herbs,replenishing qi with sweet-warm herbs,and astringing yin with sour-sweet herbs,providing a systematic and mild TCM treatment strategy and theoretical basis for clinical practice.关键词
