人参-远志配伍理论及证治规律探析
Analysis of the compatibility theory and the law of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of Ginseng-Polygala tenuifolia

Abstract
Ginseng can vigorously replenish primordial qi,invigorate the spleen and tonify the lung.Polygala tenuifolia exerts the effects of tranquilizing the mind,improving intelligence,and coordinating the heart and kidney.The combination of two herbs forms a classic herb pair for replenishing qi to tranquilize the mind and resuscitating orifices to improve intelligence,which is a classical compatibility widely used in clinical practice for mental disorders caused by heart qi deficiency,phlegm-turbidity obscuring the orifices,and disharmony between the heart and the kidney.The ginseng-polygala herb pair not only exerts effects of benefiting qi to calm the mind,opening the orifices and improving intelligence,but also demonstrates supplementary effects of invigorating the spleen and tranquilizing the heart,coordinating heart-kidney interaction,and benefiting qi and resolving phlegm;It embodies the compatibility concepts of mutual reinforcement,complementation of tonification and unblocking,and strengthening vital qi and eliminating pathogenic factors.In terms of treatment methods,tonifying qi to consolidate the root and opening the orifices to improve intelligence complement each other,while strengthening vital qi and eliminating pathogenic factors,as well as nourishing the spirit and awakening the mind,are harmoniously unified.This herb pair can be flexibly combined with blood-nourishing,yang-warming,yin-nourishing,qi-regulating,phlegm-resolving,and blood-activating herbs,and is widely used to treat disorders of mental and neurological,cardiovascular,digestive,and endocrine systems.This paper sorts out its historical origins,compatibility rules and application methods,and combines modern research,aiming to provide theoretical support for clinical medication and in-depth research.关键词
