摘要
Abstract
To address the impacts of fluctuating shore power loads on power grid operation and the high electricity consumption cost of ports,a shore power demand response optimization strategy based on time-of-use pricing is proposed in this paper.Firstly, the system architecture and load characteristics of port shore power are analyzed, and a ship shore power load model is established.Secondly, with the objective of minimizing comprehensive operation costs,an optimization model for shore power demand response is constructed, which comprehensively considers power purchase costs, compensation benefits from demand response, and penalty costs for ship delay, while incorporating multiple constraints including electricity demand satisfaction, power ramp rate, berth resources, and transformer capacity.Thirdly, the optimization problem is modeled as a mixed-integer linear programming model and efficiently solved using the commercial solver Gurobi. Finally,a typical daily operating scenario of a container port is taken as an example for simulation verification. The results show that the proposed strategy can effectively reduce port operation costs and narrow the peak-valley load difference, achieving significant peak-shaving and valley-filling effects, which verifies the economic efficiency and practicality of the strategy.关键词
