Abstract
General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourses on the Party's work style construction represent the latest theoretical achievement in the sinicization and modernization of Marxist party-building theory.These discourses embody the practical exploration and theoretical elevation of the Party's comprehensive and rigorous self-governance and integrity-building in the new era,and are rich in normative,theoretical,and philosophical significance.From the normative dimension,Xi's discourses,grounded in a profound understanding of evolving global,national,and intra-Party dynamics,systematically address three fundamental questions regarding Party conduct:why it is necessary,how it should be understood,and how it can be effectively advanced.These reflections deepen the theoretical framework of work style construction through a triadic structure of foundational,critical,and practical rationales.From the theoretical dimension,Xi's important expositions on Party conduct and style building are distinguished by their scientific theoretical construction and rigorous logical demonstration.Through four key aspects—conceptual categories,internal logic,systemic structure,and distinctive features—they articulate the scholarly form of the theory of work style construction in the new era,presenting what constitutes it,how it has taken shape,what its nature is,and what unique characteristics it exhibits.From the philosophical dimension,these discourses are imbued with the worldview and methodology of dialectical and historical materialism.They profoundly illuminate a series of dialectical relationships,including goal orientation versus problem orientation,foundational consolidation versus innovation,systemic integration versus strategic breakthroughs,and a people-centered stance versus principled pragmatism.These insights provide methodological guidance for addressing specific challenges in work style construction under new conditions and fully reflect Xi Jinping's profound philosophical wisdom.By comprehensively analyzing Xi's discourses on Party conduct from the three dimensions of normative rationale,theoretical logic,and philosophical depth,we can better elucidate the internal structure and continuity of the Party's theoretical innovations.Such integrated interpretation not only enhances the explanatory power and scientific coherence of the Party's ideological framework but also offers theoretical guidance for deepening and advancing work style construction in the new era.关键词
