新质生产力视域下我国高校哲学社会科学研究评价制度的优化
Optimization of the scientific research evaluation institution of philosophy and social sciences in Chinese colleges and universities under the vision of new quality productive forces:analysis from the perspective of"collective dilemma"

Abstract
Under the background that education evaluation"breaking the only indicator"has formed a broad consensus,shaping a set of philosophy and social sciences scientific research evaluation institution in higher education with collective rationality is of great significance for promoting the construction of the three major systems of philosophy and social science in China as well as accelerating the cultivation and formation of new quality productive forces.On the basis of theoretical interpretation,the article analyzes the"collective dilemma"in the current philosophy and social sciences research in colleges and universities.The study finds that although universities and teachers have common academic interests and pursuits,the current philosophy and social sciences scientific research and production in colleges and universities have not achieved the maximum pursuit of collective interests with consistent behavior,the lack of academic masterpieces,the lack of philosophy and social sciences masters and the insufficient transformation of application value make the"collective dilemma"a reality.Under the influence of the still obvious materialization incentives,the continuous strengthening of the merit-based competitive environment and the design of the production-oriented institution,the rational academic self-interest attribute of teachers has been increasingly activated and continuously strengthened.As a result,with the increasingly squeezed generation space of academic masterpieces,the growth process of philosophy and social sciences masters has been gradually hindered,and the significance of the transformation of the value of scientific research has also been increasingly obscured.Since the institution itself is the starting point of any collective action and shaping the mechanism at the micro level and the subsequent collective results,it has become an important breakthrough in the current reform of the evaluation of philosophy and social sciences research in colleges and universities to relieve the"collective dilemma"through institution.In view of the lack of academic masterpieces,the article proposes to optimize the current overly strong materialized incentive institution.In addition to the optimization of incentives in the material aspect,the institution should also be supported in the virtual aspect,so as to empower the academic masterpieces.In view of the current shortage of philosophy and social sciences masters,the article proposes to optimize the existing continuous merit competition institution.In addition to promoting the benign return of competition,the institution also needs to provide scientific research scaffolding for those teachers with certain scientific research development potential to help the growth of potential philosophy and social sciences masters.In view of the insufficient transformation of the current scientific research application value,the article proposes that the current performance-oriented evaluation institution should be optimized.In addition to further enriching the value transformation of scientific research resources into the teaching field internally,it is also necessary to externally highlight the translator status of teachers to increase efficiency of scientific research production.关键词
