"三元一合"视角下中国农业新质生产力发展测度、地区差异及演化
Measurement,regional differences and evolution of China's agricultural new quality productive forces from the perspective of Three Elements and One Integration

Abstract
Based on the conceptual connotation of new quality productive forces and the policy orientation of"total factor productivity leap",this paper constructs a comprehensive index system for agricultural new quality productive forces from the perspective of Three Elements and One Integration(three core new quality production factors and their optimized combination).It conducts statistical measurement and analysis on the development level of agricultural new quality productive forces in 31 provinces of China from 2012 to 2022.The results show that the overall development level of China's agricultural new quality productive forces has been rising steadily,presenting regional differentiation:high in the east,moderate in the central region,low in the west,strong in the south and weak in the north.The overall differences mainly come from inter-group differences among the eastern,central and western regions and intra-group differences between the north and south.Structural differences are mainly caused by differences in new quality laborers,while the difference in the optimization and combination effect of new quality production factors contributes 20%to the overall difference,which exerts a significant impact on the overall regional disparity.From the perspective of evolution characteristics of differences,there is a"hierarchical lock-in"phenomenon in the development of agricultural new quality productive forces across regions in the short term,but it tends to converge in the long run.Meanwhile,the state transition characteristics and convergence speed are affected by spatial effects.关键词
