IL-23、SOD、hs-CRP、IL-17与重症急性胰腺炎患者预后的相关性分析
Correlation of IL-23,SOD,hs-CRP,and IL-17 with the prognosis of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of IL-23,superoxide dismutase(SOD),high-sensi-tivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and IL-17 with the prognosis of patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Clinical data of 190 SAP patients treated in the Department of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine of this hospital from January 2022 to August 2024 were retrospectively collected.Patients were di-vided into the death group(n=35)and the survival group(n=155)according to the 28 day followup results obtained via telephone or WeChat application.Clinical characteristics and laboratory parameters were com-pared between the two groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify factors influencing 28 day mortality in SAP patients.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were used to evaluate the predictive performance of IL-23,SOD,hs-CRP,and IL-17 for the prognosis of SAP patients.Results Com-pared with the survival group,the death group had significantly higher APACHEⅡ scores and higher levels of IL-17,IL-23,and hs-CRP,and significantly lower SOD activity(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression a-nalysis showed that high APACHEⅡ score,high IL-17 level,high IL-23 level,high hs-CRP level,and low SOD activity were independent risk factors for 28day mortality in SAP patients(P<0.05).The AUCs for predicting the prognosis of SAP patients using IL-17,IL-23,hs-CRP,SOD alone,and their combination were 0.740,0.745,0.785,0.870,and 0.947,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion IL-23,hs-CRP,IL-17,and SOD levels are associated with 28day mortality risk in SAP patients,and their combined use demonstrated superior predictive value compared with any single indicator.关键词
