农业新质生产力对肉羊全要素生产率的影响研究
The Impact of Agricultural New Quality Productive Forces on the Total Factor Productivity of Meat Sheep

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to reveal the empowering effect and intrinsic mechanism of agricultural new quality productive forces on the total factor productivity of meat sheep,thereby promoting the high-quality development of the meat sheep industry.[Methods]Based on panel data from seven major meat sheep-producing provinces in China from 2011 to 2023,a comprehensive evaluation index system for agricultural new quality productive forces was constructed,and its impact on the total factor productivity of meat sheep,including dynamic lag effects,scale regulation effects,and heterogeneity characteristics,was empirically examined using econometric models.[Results]Agricultural new quality productive forces had a significant positive promoting effect on total factor productivity of meat sheep.For every one-unit increase in the index,total factor productivity increased by approximately 9.5 units,and this conclusion remained robust after a series of robustness checks.The empowering effect exhibited a clear dynamic lag,the impact of a two-period lag was significantly positive at the 1%level,indicating that about two years of assimilation and accumulation were required for the full efficiency to be released from technology introduction.Agricultural production scale positively moderated the effectiveness of new quality productive forces,and the larger the industrial scale,the more significant the efficiency-enhancing effect.Significant regional and output heterogeneity in the impact was demonstrated:the promoting effect was significant in the western region but not in the eastern and central regions,and it was significant in high-output provinces but not in low-output provinces.[Conclusion]Cultivating agricultural new quality productive forces was an effective path to enhance the quality and efficiency of the meat sheep industry.Differentiated regional policies should be implemented,and large-scale operations should be continuously promoted to fully release the empowering role of new quality productive forces.These findings provided empirical evidence and insights for optimizing policies in the meat sheep industry.关键词
