新疆肉牛副产品加工利用的挑战与对策分析
Challenges and Countermeasures for the Processing and Utilization of Beef Cattle By-products in Xinjiang

Abstract
[Objective]The study was conducted to promote the transformation of Xinjiang's beef cattle industry from traditional low value-added production to modern high value-added development,enhance the comprehensive utilization rate and industrial added value of beef cattle by-products,ensure resource utilization,food safety,and environmental safety,and to achieve sustainable development of the beef cattle industry.[Methods]Based on data regarding the output of beef cattle by-products in Xinjiang from 2020 to 2024,the current application status of beef bones,blood,and offal in the fields of food processing and biochemical pharmaceuticals was reviewed.The problems related to technology,industrial chain,environmental protection,standards,and the market were analyzed,and optimization countermeasures such as technological innovation,policy support,and brand cultivation were proposed.[Results]The output of beef cattle by-products in Xinjiang had increased year by year.Beef bones,blood,and offal possessed high development value,but there were problems such as backward processing technology,fragmented industrial chains,insufficient cold chain capacity,lack of environmental and safety standards,low product added value,and low market awareness.These bottlenecks could be effectively resolved through industry-academia-research collaboration,integrated layout planning,improving standards,and market expansion.[Conclusion]There was immense potential for the deep processing of beef cattle by-products in Xinjiang.Therefore,it was necessary to break through bottlenecks by technological innovation,address industrial chain shortcomings,improve the standard system,and strengthen branding and market promotion,so as to fully exploit the value of these by-products,enhance overall industrial efficiency,and support the high-quality sustainable development of the beef cattle industry.关键词
