Differences in Botanical Characteristics and Development Utilization of Commonly Known as"Sweet Tea"Plants
摘要
Abstract
The unique flavor,rich nutritional value,and beneficial health functions of sweet tea have made it increasingly favored and appreciated by consumers.However,current commercial sweet tea products often suffer from ambiguous definitions and poorly characterized compositions,which lead to widespread mislabeling and inconsistent quality.This review therefore aimed to clarify the plant species,botanical characteristics,bioactive components and functional applications of colloquially termed"sweet tea"plant.It summarized the current status of its development and utilization,and discussed future research directions and prospects,to provide a valuable reference for related research and development utilization.关键词
