高茶多酚适制花香型红茶茶树新品种'槠红韵'选育研究
Breeding of a New Tea Cultivar Zhuhongyun wiht High Tea Polyphenol Content Suitable for Processing Floral-scented Black Tea

Abstract
Zhuhongyun(Breeding Code:2012-6-32-5)was developed through hybridization using Baihaozao as the female parent and Gaoyaqi as the male parent.It is a new tea cultivar characterized by high polyphenol content,early sprouting,and suitability for producing floral black tea.This cultivar is classified as shrub-type,medium-leafed,and early-sprouting.The leaves are light green in color,while the buds and leaves exhibit a yellow-green hue with moderate pubescence.It demonstrated dense sprouting density and high yield potential.Rich in internal compounds,the tea polyphenol content was measured at 28.18%in spring tea and 32.41%in summer tea,identifying it as an excellent tea germplasm resource with high polyphenol content.When processed into black tea,it produced a high-quality liquor with a rich floral aroma and a sweet,mellow taste with floral notes.Additionally,it exhibited strong cutting propagation ability,along with high resistance to cold and drought.关键词
