Abstract
When multiple sets of secondary screen cabinets operate in a cross manner at the same substation,it is easy to cause safety accidents such as incorrect intervals and misinstallation of secondary safety measures due to on-site confusion.For this reason,it proposes a set of group layout tools for safety measures grouping of secondary screen cabinet anti-misoperation.This tool automatically generates QR code labels with color distinction and number information based on work tickets.Construction workers can quickly identify work items by color and number,and upload the data to the cloud.By scanning the code,they can view key information such as the work ticket number,work location,and person in charge.Through practical application scenarios verification,this tool can enhance the safety control level at the secondary screen cabinet operation site,reduce the risks of going through the wrong safety intervals and mistakenly removing safety measures,and ensure the safety of operation personnel and equipment.关键词
