国医大师潘敏求"致中和"思想在肿瘤防治中的应用
Application of National Chinese Medicine Master Pan Minqiu's thought of"restoring balance and harmony"in tumor prevention and treatment
摘要
Abstract
This article systematically reviews the philosophical origins of the thought of"restoring balance and harmony"and its academic connotations in tumor prevention and treatment and summarizes National Chinese Medicine Master Pan Minqiu's understanding of the pathogenesis of tumor development and progression,as well as his diagnostic and therapeutic philosophy.Master Pan believes that the development and progression of tumors are closely associated with the long-term pathological state of"loss of balance and harmony"in the body,and internal imbalance has various man-ifestations at multiple levels of Yin and Yang,Qi and blood,viscera and bowels,and the body and the spirit.On this basis,Master Pan constructed a pathogenesis evolution model centered on deficiency,stasis,and toxin,established visceral reg-ulatory targets through simultaneous regulation of the liver and the spleen and simultaneous nourishment of the spleen and the kidney,and formed a whole-process prevention and treatment concept of preventing before disease onset,preventing disease progression,and preventing recurrence after recovery.This concept helps to alleviate the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,improve the tumor microenvironment,and significantly enhance the quality of life of patients in clinical practice.关键词
