摘要
Abstract
The spectral sensitivity of a color imaging system determines its color characteristics. To achieve high-accuracy and low-cost spectral sensitivity measurement for trichromatic imaging systems,a grating-based spectral sensitivity measurement method was proposed.A line grating was employed to disperse broadband white light into narrowband monochromatic light, while a high-precision rotation stage was used to accurately control the incident wavelength onto the imaging system. In addition,an energy-functional-constrained regularization method was introduced to process the camera sensitivity, thereby suppressing the impact of detector noise on measurement accuracy.Experimental results showed that, compared with existing methods, under 5,9,12 nm monochromatic light conditions, the average relative measurement errors of the R,G,and B channels are 4.76%,11.30%,and 21.36%,respectively,relative to the spectral sensitivity measured with a highly monochromatic light source.Furthermore, the proposed energy-functional filtering method improves the accuracy of the three channels by 67.43%(R),32.25%(G),and 25.47%(B),respectively,compared with conventional methods. The proposed method effectively reduces the cost of spectral sensitivity measurement for imaging systems.关键词
