摘要
Abstract
With the rising prevalence of cancer in China and the significant prolongation of survival time for breast cancer patients, clinical therapeutic focus has shifted from mere disease treatment to improving overall quality of life and facilitating func-tional recovery. This shift renders the full-cycle,multifunctional rehabilitation model an inevitable development trend.Among the diverse rehabilitation needs of patients, sleep disorders in breast cancer patients are particularly prominent and common.Sleep disor-ders not only aggravate psychological distress such as anxiety and depression in breast cancer patients, but may also impair immune function, reduce treatment tolerance, and negatively affect quality of life and disease prognosis.Based on the concept of"full-cycle rehabilitation",this study systematically elaborates the complex etiology and underlying mechanisms of sleep disorders in breast can-cer patients across different disease stages. It proposes both conventional rehabilitation strategies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and relaxation training, exercise therapy, physical therapy, sleep hygiene education, pharmacological interven-tion,and traditional Chinese medicine;emerging rehabilitation technologies;as well as stage-specific rehabilitation strategies cover-ing the perioperative period, radiochemotherapy period, endocrine targeted therapy period,long-term follow-up period, and end-stage disease. These strategies aim to provide continuous and personalized sleep support, and are expected to comprehensively im-prove the overall rehabilitation outcome and long-term quality of life of breast cancer patients through effective full-cycle sleep man-agement.关键词
