党建引领乡村振兴的内在机理与推进路径:基于重庆的实践经验
Party Building as a Driver of Rural Revitalization:Mechanisms,Pathways,and Evidence from Chongqing
摘要
Abstract
The foundation is crucial to national governance and stability,just as the grassroots level is central to Party management and governance.As the cornerstone of the Communist Party of China's governance,rural grassroots Party organizations occupy a strategically pivotal position in the comprehensive advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,where even the slightest disturbance at the grassroots can affect the whole system.The rural Party-building practice in Chongqing offers a vivid empirical model for exploring the intrinsic mechanisms through which Party leadership drives rural revitalization.On the basis of analyzing the closed-loop logical system by which rural grassroots Party building propels revitalization,this paper further elaborates its threefold mechanism for leading the modernization of a new Chongqing:acting as the overarching lever to forge a strong bastion of struggle;serving as the master switch to cultivate a pragmatic and excellence-oriented cadre corps;and functioning as the primary engine to advance comprehensive rural development.The paper ultimately distills a coherent set of implementation pathways:political leadership anchors the direction;ideological leadership consolidates the foundation;organizational leadership activates talent;work-style leadership ensures integrity;and cultural leadership bolsters confidence.The overarching goal is to expand the theoretical integration of Marxist Party-building doctrines with the rural revitalization strategy,and to provide a replicable paradigm for organizational transformation that enables rural grassroots Party organizations to adapt to and lead modernization in the new era.关键词
