Research Progress of Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering in Bacteria Detection
摘要
Abstract
Public safety incidents caused by bacterial contamination not only impose economic losses on individuals and society but also pose severe threats to human health, with severe cases even endangering lives. In recent years, the rapid development of photoelectric sensing technology has opened up new avenues for the detection of harmful pathogens. Methods such as fluorescence, colorimetry, and electrochemistry have been applied to bacterial detection. However, developing bacterial sensing techniques with high sensitivity, good stability, low cost, and rapid detection remains a significant challenge.Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)technology,as an emerging rapid detection technology, exhibits immense potential in fields such as microbial detection, public safety, and biosensing due to its advantages of high sensitivity, low fluorescence background, simple pretreatment, rapidness, and non-destructiveness.Currently,SERS techniques has been successfully applied in the field of biosensing and has demonstrated significant value in bacterial detection. In this review, the principle of SERS and SERS biosensing technique were outlined with an emphasis on the latest research progresses of SERS biosensing technique for detection of bacterial cells, characteristic genes, and secreted substances. Then, the combination of SERS bacterial detection technique with other methods was introduced. Finally, the existing technical bottlenecks were analyzed, and the future development and application prospects of this technology were prospected.关键词
