单灯笼自脱落胆管支架预防ERCP术后急性胆管炎的临床观察
Application of single-lantern self-expelling bile duct stent in the prevention of acute cholangitis after ERCP

Abstract
To evaluate the efficacy of single-lantern self-expelling bile duct stents in the prevention of acute cholangitis after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)stone extraction.A total of 37 patients with common bile duct stones who underwent ERCP at the Cholelithiasis Center,East Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from January 2025 to December 2025 were enrolled.After complete stone removal,a single-lantern self‑expelling biliary stent was placed to prevent post-ERCP cholangitis.The stent deployment success rate was 100.00%(37/37),the stent placement time was(2.32±0.58)min,and the stent placement satisfaction score was(9.03±1.12)points.Compared with preoperative values,postoperative white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NEUT%),total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were significantly increased,while direct bilirubin(DBIL)was significantly decreased(all P<0.05).No significant changes were observed in alkaline phosphatase(ALP)or γ-glutamyl transferase(GGT)(all P>0.05).Two cases of hyperamylasemia occurred postoperatively;no acute pancreatitis,acute cholangitis,or other complications were reported.At one week after ERCP,all abnormal laboratory indices had basically returned to normal.The stent dislodgement rate at one month was 100.00%(37/37),and no complications such as bleeding,acute cholangitis,or acute pancreatitis occurred during the spontaneous expulsion process.The single-lantern self-expelling biliary stent showed preliminary application potential in preventing acute cholangitis after ERCP stone extraction and offers advantages of simple placement,a high dislodgement rate,and good safety,warranting further clinical evaluation.关键词
