双猪尾胆囊支架在ERCP治疗胆囊结石合并继发性胆总管结石中的应用观察
Application of a double-pigtail gallbladder stent in ERCP for cholecystolithiasis complicated by secondary choledocholithiasis

Abstract
This study evaluated the application value of a double-pigtail gallbladder stent in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)for the treatment of cholecystolithiasis complicated by secondary choledocholithiasis.The clinical data of 22 patients who underwent ERCP with intraoperative placement of a double-pigtail gallbladder stent followed by elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)at the Second Hospital Affiliated to Dalian Medical University and East Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from January 2026 to April 2026 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients included 7 males and 15 females,aged(68.64±7.73)years.The cystic duct cannulation succeeded in all patients,including 90.9%(20/22)under fluoroscopic guidance;the 2 failed cases were successfully cannulated with cholangioscopy assistance.The double-pigtail gallbladder stents were successfully placed in all patients,with a mean operation time of(10.82±2.81)min.After ERCP,hyperamylasemia occurred in 2 patients,and no other complications such as acute cholecystitis,acute cholangitis,acute pancreatitis,or drainage tube displacement were observed.Stent removal during LC was successful in all patients,and no post-LC complications such as acute pancreatitis,acute cholangitis,papillary bleeding,or secondary choledocholithiasis were observed.In patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated by secondary choledocholithiasis,selective cystic duct cannulation and double-pigtail gallbladder stent placement after ERCP stone extraction showed a high success rate;after stent placement,the incidences of acute cholecystitis,acute cholangitis,and secondary choledocholithiasis were low,and the stent could be removed during LC.关键词
