鼻胆管套取联合导丝引出法在鼻胆管口鼻转换中的应用观察
Application of nasobiliary tube retrieval combined with guidewire extraction method in oral-nasal conversion

Abstract
To investigate the application effect of nasobiliary tube retrieval combined with guidewire extraction method in nasobiliary oronasal conversion,a total of 100 patients who underwent endoscopic nasobiliary drainage at Cholelithiasis Center,East Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from January 2026 to March 2026 were prospectively enrolled and randomly divided into an observational group(n=50)and a control group(n=50)using a random number table.The observational group received nasobiliary tube retrieval combined with guidewire retrieval method,while the control group received the guidewire retrieval method for nasobiliary oronasal conversion.The total success rate of guidewire retrieval,first success rate of guidewire retrieval,nasobiliary tube/guidewire ring insertion times,guidewire retrieval times,oral-nasal conversion time of the nasobiliary tube,incidence of adverse events,and visual analog scale(VAS)scores of postoperative throat pain at 4 h and 12 h were compared between the two groups.The observational group showed significantly fewer nasobiliary/guidewire ring insertion times[1.0(1,1)vs 1.5(1,2),Z=− 3.333,P=0.001]and shorter oral-nasal conversion time of the nasobiliary tube[(55.52±10.93)s vs(61.36±13.61)s,t=−2.366,P=0.020].There were no significant differences in the total success rate of guidewire retrieval,first success rate of guidewire retrieval,guidewire retrieval times,incidence of adverse events,and VAS scores at 4 h or 12 h(all P>0.05).In conclusion,nasobiliary tube retrieval combined with guidewire extraction is a novel method for nasobiliary oronasal conversion;compared with the guidewire retrieval method,the nasobiliary ring is more easily inserted into the pharynx and can serve as a viable alternative.关键词
