吴茱萸热熨联合耳穴压豆预防糖尿病足患者术后恶心呕吐的临床研究
Clinical study on Wu Zhuyu hot ironing combined with ear acupressure to prevent postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with diabetic foot

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of combining Wu Zhuyu hot ironing with ear acupressure in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV)in patients with diabetic foot(DF),providing evidence for optimizing perioperative care plans and promoting rapid recovery in clinical practice.Methods:A total of 110 DF patients who underwent surgery at our hospital between May 2023 and March 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each consisting of 55 cases.The control group received standard perioperative care,while the observation group received additional intervention with Evodia rutaecarpa hot compress combined with ear acupressure.PONV assessment levels at 30 minutes,2 hours,6 hours,and 24 hours,as well as comfort levels within 24 hours after surgery,were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:There was a significant difference between the groups regarding PONV at 30 minutes,2 hours,6 hours,and 24 hours postoperatively(χ²=22.536,P<0.001),with significant time effects(χ²=107.722,P<0.001)and significant interaction effects between group and time(χ²=27.032,P<0.001).The observation group showed significantly higher scores in physiological comfort,psychological comfort,sociocultural comfort,and environmental comfort compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Evodia rutaecarpa hot compress and ear acupressure effectively reduces the severity of PONV and improves comfort in DF patients,offering an effective new nursing approach for preventing PONV and facilitating rapid recovery.关键词
