高产早熟小豆新品种唐红6号的选育及特征特性
Breeding and Characteristics of the New High-yielding and Early-maturing Adzuki Bean Variety Tanghong 6

Abstract
To overcome the disadvantages of late maturity and susceptibility to lodging in local adzuki bean varieties and to fa-cilitate their genetic improvement,the new adzuki bean variety Tanghong 6 was developed by the Tangshan Academy of Agricultural Sciences through sexual hybridization and directional selection,using Tanghong 28 as the female parent and Jihong 0001-15-1 as the male parent.Tanghong 6 is an early-maturing variety with a growth period of 93.5 d under summer sowing.It has an average plant height of 64.7 cm,3.3 branches on the main stem,and 15.4 nodes on the main stem.The average number of pods per plant is 25.5,with 7.5 seeds per pod and a 100-seed weight of 13.4 g.Its seed crude protein and starch contents are 239 g/kg and 517 g/kg,respec-tively.In the 2022 to 2023 national joint identification experiment for new varieties of food legumes,Tanghong 6 achieved an average equivalent yield of 1 652.2 kg/ha,representing a 6.34% increase over the control variety Jihong 352.In the 2024 national food le-gumes system joint production experiment for new adzuki bean varieties,its average equivalent yield reached 2 223.3 kg/ha,20.95% higher than that of Jihong 352.Tanghong 6 has broad regional adaptability.It is most suitable for cultivation in summer-sowing areas of northern China,including Shijiazhuang,Baoding,and Tangshan in Hebei Province,as well as Beijing.Nanjing in Jiangsu Province is a secondary suitable cultivation area in southern bean productian area of China.The variety is also suitable for spring-sowing areas of northern China,including Qiqihar in Heilongjiang Province,Hohhot in Inner Mongolia,Taiyuan in Shanxi Province,and Zhangjiak-ou in Hebei Province.关键词
