基于患者视角的旅程地图在儿童健康管理中的应用进展
Advances in the application of patient-perspective journey maps in child health management
摘要
Abstract
This paper systematically reviews domestic and international literature to summarize the general profile of patient journey maps,as well as their application status across various pediatric diseases and health management scenarios.Considering the unique charac-teristics of pediatric patients'medical journeys,this study analyzes the limitations and challenges of their current applications and prospects their future development directions.The research reveals that as a patient-centered visual tool,patient journey maps can display pediatric patients'behavioral traits,changing demands and emotional fluctuations throughout the whole process of diagnosis,inpatient care,health management,and rehabilitation follow-up from phased and multi-dimensional perspectives,so as to accurately identify bottlenecks and pain points within medical service workflows.This study provides references for the standardized application of patient journey maps in pediatric practice,facilitates the transformation of pediatric medical services into a human-centered model,and promotes the quality improvement of children's health management services.关键词
