曹奕教授针药联合治疗轻中度腕管综合征临床经验
Professor CAO Yi's clinical experience in treating mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome with combined acupuncture and medication
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes professor CAO Yi's clinical experience and diagnostic and therapeutic ap-proach in treating mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome with combined acupuncture and medication.Professor CAO posits that the pathogenesis of this disease is primarily based on constitutionally deficient yang,insufficiency of qi and blood,and dysfunction of defensive qi,with overwork,improper diet,and seasonal changes as predisposing factors.These factors lead to the invasion of wind,cold,and dampness pathogens,resulting in tendon and vessel spasms,qi and blood stagnation,and failure of the sinews to receive nourishment.The overall pathogenesis is cha-racterized by deficiency in origin and excess in manifestation,with deficiency of healthy qi and malnourishment of qi and blood as the root,and collateral obstruction as the branch.In clinical practice,a combined therapy of acupunc-ture,moxibustion,and oral Chinese herbal medicine is employed.Professor CAO has innovatively proposed the"Yangquan-Tongbi"needling technique[i.e.,penetrating needling from Yangchi(TE4)to Zhongquan(EX-UE3)],which aims to"promote qi circulation and activate blood"to treat the manifestation and"warm yang and consoli-date the root"to treat the origin.The combination of acupuncture and medication yields significant therapeutic effects.One typical case is attached for verification.关键词
