基于经筋理论探讨针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的辨证思路
Discussion on acupuncture treatment strategies for postherpetic neuralgia based on the theory of meridians and sinews
摘要
Abstract
Guided by the theory of meridians and sinews(Jingjin),this study systematically explores the acu-puncture treatment strategy for postherpetic neuralgia(PHN),aiming to provide new insights and therapeutic ap-proaches for future clinical practice.PHN is categorized as a meridian and sinew disorder,wherein damage to the sinews associated with the three yin and three yang meridians of the hands and feet leads to the formation of trans-verse sinew connections,which obstruct meridians,impede qi and blood circulation,and result in pain due to bloc-kage.Alternatively,inadequate nourishment of the sinews by blood may lead to pain due to deficiency.The core of treatment lies in restoring the physiological functions of the sinews.Clinically,following identification of lesion points through palpation along the sinew pathways,treatment should focus on local sinew nodules,combined with distal acupoints that regulate sinews and unblock meridians.The method of"resolving nodules both locally and dis-tally"is employed to dissipate sinew nodules,normalize qi and blood flow,and ultimately achieve the therapeutic goal of eliminating lesions and resolving the disease.Two representative clinical cases are provided for validation.关键词
