甘肃定西华家岭试验地当归药材品质分析
Quality analysis of Angelica sinensis from the Huajialing experimental site in Dingxi,Gansu

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the quality of Angelica sinensis from the Huajialing experimental site in Dingxi City,Gansu Province.Methods Following the methods specified in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Phar-macopoeia(Part Ⅳ)under the Angelica sinensis monograph,the total ash,acid-insoluble ash,ethanol-soluble extrac-tives,volatile oil content,and ferulic acid content were determined.Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation,and its chemical composition was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),with relative per-centages calculated using the peak area normalization method.Results The total ash content of Huajialing Angelica sinensis was 4.89％,acid-insoluble ash 0.63％,ethanol-soluble extractives 54.95％,volatile oil 0.64％,and ferulic acid 0.223％.All five indices met the standards of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.A total of 32 compounds were identified in the volatile oil,among which(E)-ligustilide had the highest relative content(61.26％),followed by estragole(21.05％).Conclusion The Huajialing region is ecologically suitable for Angeli-ca sinensis cultivation,but its volatile oil profile exhibits two notable characteristics:dominance of(E)-ligustilide and an unusually high content of estragole.Further pharmacodynamic studies on Angelica sinensis from this region are warranted.关键词
