电针上八邪穴联合康复机械手治疗脑卒中后手功能障碍30例临床观察
Clinical observation on 30 cases of post-stroke hand dysfunction treated by electroacupuncture at Shangbaxie combined with rehabilitation robotic hand

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Shangbaxie combined with re-habilitation robotic hand in treating post-stroke hand dysfunction.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke hand dysfunction were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation combined with rehabilitation robotic hand therapy,while the treatment group received additional electroacupuncture at Shangbaxie on the basis of the control group treatment.Both groups were treated once daily,with 6 days as one treatment course and a 1-day interval be-tween courses.After four consecutive courses,the hand Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,finger joint range of motion,modified Barthel index(MBI)score,and hand Brunnstrom motor function stage were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the hand FMA scores,finger joint range of motion,and MBI scores in both groups were significantly increased,and the hand Brunnstrom motor function stages were significantly improved com-pared with those before treatment within the same group(P＜0.01).The improvements in the treatment group were more pronounced,and the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment(P＜0.05 orP＜0.01).Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Shangbaxie combined with rehabilitation robotic hand therapy can significantly improve hand motor function,increase finger joint range of motion,and enhance patients'activities of daily living and quality of life in post-stroke hand dysfunction,making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
