联合麻醉在SuperPATH入路全髋关节置换术中的应用
Application of combined anesthesia in total hip arthroplasty via the SuperPATH approach

Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of combined anesthesia(sedation-analgesia+continuous epidural anesthesia combined with tracheal intubation general anesthesia)in total hip arthroplasty(THA)via the SuperPATH approach.Methods Twenty patients undergoing THA via the SuperPATH approach were enrolled.Upon entering the operating room,dexmedetomidine was intravenously infused at 0.5-1.0 μg/(kg·h)for sedation and analgesia.When the Observer's Assessment of Alertness/Sedation(OAA/S)score reached 3-4,continuous epidural anesthesia was performed.After the epidural anesthesia level was stabilized,tracheal intubation general anesthesia was administered.Intraoperative vital signs were monitored,and the OAA/S score,muscle strength grade,and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score were assessed immediately after surgery.Results Compared with pre-operative values,the mean arterial pressure(MAP)was significantly decreased and the heart rate(HR)was signifi-cantly increased after surgery,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Immediately after sur-gery,the OAA/S score was＞3,90％of patients had a muscle strength grade≥3,and all VAS scores were＜3.Con-clusion The combined anesthesia regimen can ensure stable vital signs,clear consciousness,no significant pain,and good muscle strength recovery immediately after surgery in patients undergoing THA via the SuperPATH ap-proach,providing reliable anesthesia support for early postoperative ambulation.关键词
