可穿戴式心肺康复支持系统在老年稳定型心绞痛患者运动康复治疗中的应用
A wearable cardiopulmonary rehabilitation support system for elderly patients with stable angina pectoris

Abstract
Objective To explore the comprehensive intervention effect of a wearable cardiopulmonary rehabilitation support system on exercise rehabilitation in elderly patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 167 elderly patients with stable angina pectoris admitted to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital from May 2024 to Feb-ruary 2025.The patients were divided into the drug group(group D,58 cases),drug combined with exercise group(group D+E,53 cases)and drug combined with wearable device guided exercise group(group D+E+W,56 cases)by block randomization method.After 3 months of intervention,blood biochemical indicators were detected,cardiac function was evaluated,sleep and mental scores were performed,and autonomic nerve function was monitored to evaluate the effect of a wearable cardiopulmonary rehabilitation support system on exercise rehabilitation in elderly patients with stable angina pectoris.Results Compared with group D,the scores of triglyceride,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,angiopoietin-2(Ang-2),mental stress state and physical fatigue state in group D+E and group D+E+W decreased after intervention(P<0.05),while angiopoietin-1(Ang-1)increased(P<0.05).The body pressure resistance,autonomic nerve activity and equilibrium index in group D+E+W increased(P<0.05).Compared with D+E group after intervention,Ang-2,pittsburgh sleep quality index score,self-rating anxiety scale score,mental stress state and physical fatigue state score in D+E+W group decreased(P<0.05),Ang-1,physical compressive ability,autonomic nerve activity and equilibrium index score increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation under the guidance of wearable cardiopulmo-nary rehabilitation support system can improve blood lipid levels,vascular function,sleep quality and autonomic nerve function in eld-erly patients with stable angina pectoris.关键词
