营养管理在腹腔镜胃癌根治术护理中的应用研究进展
Research progress on the application of nutritional management in the nursing of laparoscopic radical gas-trectomy for gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy has become the mainstream surgical procedure for locally advanced gastric cancer due to its advantages of less trauma and faster recovery.However,the widespread malnutrition among patients may com-promise surgical outcomes.This article focuses on perioperative nutritional management by analyzing the metabolic charac-teristics and nutritional risks of gastric cancer patients and exploring preoperative nutritional intervention strategies,intraop-erative metabolic protective measures such as fluid management and temperature maintenance,and the timing of early post-operative enteral nutrition initiation and formula selection strategies.It also addresses the controversies and challenges in current clinical practice,and discusses the pathway of integrating artificial intelligence(AI)to optimize nutritional manage-ment strategies.This article aims to systematically review the key nodes and practical difficulties of perioperative nutritional management in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and integrate cutting-edge technologies and evidence-based information,ai-ming to provide a practical framework for developing individualized nutritional support plans in clinical practice.关键词
