老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者心脏康复障碍感知与患者自我感受负担、自我效能感的关系
Relationship between perception of barriers to cardiac rehabilitation and self-perceived burden and self-effi-cacy in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated by heart failure

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between perception of barriers to cardiac rehabilitation and self-perceived burden and self-efficacy in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated by heart failure,so as to provide a refer-ence for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 154 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated by heart failure who received treatment in Linfen Central Hospital from June 2023 to September 2025 were selected.The status of percep-tion of barriers to cardiac rehabilitation(Cardiac Rehabilitation Barriers Scale[CRBS]),self-perceived burden(Self-Per-ceived Burden Scale[SPBS]),and self-efficacy(Coronary Artery Disease Self-Management Scale[CSMS])were assessed.Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlations between CRBS scores and SPBS and CSMS scores in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated by heart failure.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to identify fac-tors influencing perception of barriers to cardiac rehabilitation.Results The total CRBS score was(65.89±14.45),the to-tal SPBS score was(33.49±8.39),and the total CSMS score was(62.52±13.51).Univariate analysis showed that CRBS scores differed significantly among different age groups(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the subscale and total scores of CRBS were positively correlated with the total SPBS score(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the total CSMS score(P<0.05).Linear regression analysis demonstrated that strong self-perceived burden,low self-efficacy,and older age were risk factors for perception of barriers to cardiac rehabilitation in these patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The perception of barriers to cardiac rehabilitation in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated by heart failure re-mains at a moderate level.Healthcare providers should focus on reducing patients'self-perceived burden and increasing their self-efficacy to lower their perception of barriers to rehabilitation,while also paying attention to the special needs of elderly patients,so as to improve participation in cardiac rehabilitatiom and adherence to cardiac rehabilitation and thus improve pa-tient prognosis and quality of life.关键词
