手部烧伤后增生性瘢痕患者睡眠质量现状及影响因素分析
Current status and influencing factors of sleep quality in patients with hypertrophic scars after hand burns

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of sleep quality in patients with hypertrophic scars after hand burns and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for developing targeted clinical intervention strategies.Meth-ods A total of 223 patients with hypertrophic scars after hand burns admitted to the Department of Burn and Plastic Surger-y of Tangdu Hospital,Air Force Medical University,from January 2022 to February 2025 were selected.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to assess the sleep status of patients,and clinical data were collected.Logistic regres-sion analysis was used to identify factors influencing sleep quality.Results The total PSQI score of the 223 patients was(7.73±1.55)points.A total of 141 patients(63.23%)had sleep disorders and were assigned to the sleep disorder group;the remaining 82 patients(36.77%)had no sleep disorders and were assigned to the non-sleep disorder group.Compared with the non-sleep disorder group,patients in the sleep disorder group had larger burn areas,higher Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)scores,higher Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,a higher proportion of comorbid anxiety and depression,and low-er monthly per capita household income(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that burn area,VSS score,VAS score,comorbid anxiety and depression,and monthly per capita household income were independent influencing factors for sleep quality in patients with hypertrophic scars after hand burns(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of sleep disorders remains relatively high in patients with hypertrophic scars after hand burns.Burn area,scar severity,pain,comorbid anxie-ty and depression,and monthly per capita household income are the main independent factors affecting their sleep quality.关键词
