数智经济背景下新质生产力对流动人口就业质量的影响及机制研究
The Impact and Mechanisms of New Quality Productive Forces on the Employment Quality of Migrant Workers in the Context of the Digital Intelligent Economy

Abstract
Based on four waves of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data from 2016 to 2022,and supplemented by a city-matched CGSS2023 sample,this paper examines the impact of new quality productive forces on the employment quality of migrant populations.The results show that new quality productive forces significantly improve the objective employment quality of migrant populations,but have no significant effect on subjective employment quality,indicating a pattern of"strong objective improvement but weak subjective response".In terms of subdimensions,new quality productive forces improve objective employment conditions mainly by increasing labor income,enhancing social security coverage,and promoting labor contract signing,while also being ac-companied by longer working hours.Supplementary analysis further shows that longer working hours and long-hour work weaken workers'subjective employment perceptions.Mechanism tests indicate that improved information access capacity and employment form transformation are important channels through which new quality productive forces enhance objective employment quality.Fur-ther analysis shows that these effects are relatively stable across regional and urban-rural samples,and are mainly concentrated a-mong workers in low-end service industries and manufacturing.关键词
