人智协同对企业创新困境的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Human-AI Collaboration on Corporate Innovation Dilemma

Abstract
In the digital economy,Human-AI collaboration has become essential for firms to resolve innovation dilemmas and pursue high-quality innovation.Drawing on a sample of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2024,we examine the impact of human-AI collaboration on innovation dilemmas.Results show that such collaboration significantly alleviates innovation di-lemmas;this finding is robust to extensive robustness and endogeneity tests.The mechanism involves better resource allocation,or-ganizational restructuring,and governance coordination.The effect is particularly pronounced among firms in southeastern regions,firms with unchanged registered addresses,industries with rapid technological change and intense competition,and firms with lower managerial myopia and stronger top-management IT backgrounds.Furthermore,Human-AI collaboration mitigates both quality-and quantity-related innovation dilemmas,expands the innovation frontier,enhances industry-level innovation quality,and gene-rates spillover and governance benefits for supply chain partners.关键词
