温水浸泡和种皮处理对藏杏种子萌发的影响
Effects of Warm Water Immersion and Seed Coat Treatment on the Germination of Armeniaca holosericea Seeds

Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of different treatments on the germination of Armeniaca holosericea seeds,this study used sand culture,focusing on analysing the effects of seed coat treatment and warm water immersion on seed germination indexes and germination rate.The experiment was conducted in a two-factor completely randomized design with treatment combinations(seed coat treatment×warm water immersion time:0,5,10,15,20 d),and germination potential(7th day),germination rate(20th day)and mould rate were determined.The results showed that the interaction effect of the two factors was not significant(P＞0.05),the seed coat treatment significantly increased the seed germination rate,and the best effect was achieved by soaking in warm water for 5 d,with the germination rate reaching 92.22%.Comprehensive experimental data show that 5 d of warm water soaking and then shelling can not only significantly improve the germination rate of Armeniaca holosericea seeds but also reduce the mould rate,and provide a simple and low-cost physical dormancy-breaking technology for Armeniaca holosericea seedling nursery in high-altitude areas.关键词
